JMC GURU CORP
Terms of Service
Effective date: July 30, 2026
These Terms of Service govern services provided by JMC GURU CORP. By accepting a written proposal, paying an invoice, or authorizing work, the customer agrees to these terms together with the applicable project scope.
1. Project scope
Each project is governed by a written scope describing the services, deliverables, estimated timeline, revision limits, price, and payment schedule. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote or written change order.
2. Payment
Unless otherwise stated in writing, projects use a 50% deposit and 50% final-payment structure. The initial 50% deposit is due before work begins. The remaining 50% is due after final approval and before final files, transfer, publication, launch, or account handoff.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, timely feedback, required access credentials, content, approvals, and lawful materials needed to complete the project. Delays caused by missing information or access may extend the delivery schedule.
4. Revisions
Included revisions are limited to those stated in the written project scope. Requests that materially change the concept, functionality, deliverables, or workload may be quoted separately.
5. Intellectual property
After final payment, the customer receives the rights to final custom deliverables described in the project scope, except for third-party assets, licensed software, fonts, stock materials, templates, or tools governed by separate licenses. JMC GURU CORP retains ownership of pre-existing methods, reusable code, internal tools, and general know-how.
6. Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms such as domain registrars, hosting providers, Cloudflare, Stripe, email providers, content-management systems, or software vendors. JMC GURU CORP is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, price changes, or failures caused by third-party services.
7. Lawful use
Customers may not use services or deliverables for fraud, deception, infringement, harassment, unlawful surveillance, prohibited commerce, malware, or other illegal or abusive activity.
8. Warranty and limitation
Services are performed professionally and in accordance with the written scope. Except as expressly stated, services are provided without additional warranties. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project in writing. Payment obligations for completed work, committed third-party costs, and nonrefundable portions remain due. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
